PRIZES AT THE “LAST NIGHT AT THE CREEK”!
Welcome to “Last Night at the Creek” Project Graduation Headquarters! Planning for this very special
event has begun. This event requires hundreds of parent volunteers as well as the financial
(fundraisers) and planning support of all of our Parents/Guardians/Seniors.
The concept behind Project Graduation began in the early 1980's. At the time, numerous students lost
their lives in alcohol-related automobile accidents associated with graduation parties. Concerned
parents decided to take a stand. By the end of 1986, Texas alone hosted 200 successful alcohol- and
chemical-free graduation celebrations. The parents of the class of 2013 are continuing this tradition by
providing a memorable and extraordinary evening for our Seniors at SCHS!
Our next meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, January 22nd at 7:00PM in the Carbon LGI. Come out
and learn all the exciting plans we have for this event. Seniors will receive 150 Bulldog Bucks
and 300 Bulldog Bucks if at least one parent attends this meeting. The Bulldog Bucks will
provide an opportunity to win prizes at the event.
We need all Senior Parents/Guardians, Seniors and Committee members to be present at this
meeting.
