The trough from this system to South Odisha across Jharkhand up to 0.9 km asl also persists. The upper air cyclonic circulation over Eastcentral Bay and adjoining Northeast Bay of Bengal between 2.1 and 5.8 km above mean sea level persists. An upper air cyclonic circulation lies over Assam & Meghalaya and neighborhood and extends up to 0.9 km asl. Forecast valid till morning of 24stMay, 2015 Moderate rain/thundershowers would occur at most places over Arunachal Pradesh WARNING:.
