The associated upper air cyclonic circulation extends upto mid-tropospheric levels. The axis of monsoon trough passes through Ganganagar, Narnaul, Gwalior, centre of low pressure area over northeast Madhya Pradesh & adjoining southeast Uttar Pradesh, Daltonganj, Midnapore, Haldia and thence southeastwards to eastcentral Bay of Bengal and extends upto 3.1 km above mean sea level. Forecast valid till morning of 16thAug, 2015 :Moderate rain/thundershowers would occur at many places over Arunachal Pradesh. . WARNING: Heavy rain would occur at isolated places on 14th & 15th August and heavy to very heavy rain would occur at isolated places on 16th, 17th & 18th August 2015 over Arunachal Pradesh. Outlook for subsequent two days: increase in rainfall.
