Current synoptic:An upper air cyclonic circulation lies over East Uttar Pradesh & neighbourhood and extends up to 1.5 km asl. A trough extends from this system to Coastal
Andhra Pradesh and extends up to 1.5 km asl. The upper air cyclonic circulation over
Chhattisgarh & adjoining Odisha extending up to 0.9 km asl persists. The upper air cyclonic circulation over East Bihar & adjoining Sub Himalayan West Bengal has become less marked.
