The upper air cyclonic circulation over north Bay of Bengal now seen between 1.5 & 3.1 km above mean sea level. The upper air cyclonic circulation over East Madhya Pradesh & neighbourhood now lies over north Chhattisgarh & neighbourhood and extends upto 3.1 km above mean sea level. The upper air cyclonic circulation over Sub-Himalayan West Bengal & neighbourhood now lies over Assam & neighbourhood and extends upto 1.5 km above mean sea level. A fresh upper air cyclonic circulation lies over westcentral Bay of Bengal & neighbourhood between 5.8 & 7.6 km above mean sea level. Forecast valid till morning of 9thAug, 2015 :Moderate rain/thundershowers would occur at many places over Arunachal Pradesh. .
