Current synoptic:The axis of monsoon trough passes through Firozepur, Delhi, Varanasi, Gaya, Krishnanagar
and thence southeastwards to northeast Bay of Bengal. The upper air cyclonic circulation
over north Bay of Bengal now seen between 1.5 & 3.1 km above mean sea level. The upper
air cyclonic circulation over East Madhya Pradesh & neighbourhood now lies over north
Chhattisgarh & neighbourhood and extends upto 3.1 km above mean sea level. The upper
air cyclonic circulation over Sub-Himalayan West Bengal & neighbourhood now lies over
Assam & neighbourhood and extends upto 1.5 km above mean sea level. A fresh upper air
cyclonic circulation lies over westcentral Bay of Bengal & neighbourhood between 5.8 & 7.6
km above mean sea level.
Forecast valid till morning of 9thAug, 2015 :Moderate rain/thundershowers would occur at many places over Arunachal Pradesh.
