These terms and conditions only apply to SVP Approved Providers and for students the SVP Approved Provider
enrolls in Imagine Education Australia. This is an extension to your already executed Agency Agreement.
1. The SVP Approved Partner will only follow the Application process as outlined in the Imagine Education
Australia Application process for SVP Students Procedure
2. The SVP Approved Partner will only refer students they believe to be a GTE student
3. The SVP Approved Partner will only advertise the SVP price list and SVP Payment Plans for SVP students.
These price lists are subject to change and these changes will be communicated through to the SVP
Approved Partner by Imagine Education Australia
4. The commission payments for SVP Students are treated differently to non SVP applications. Please see
details of this as outlined in Schedule 2
5. All Marketing Materials for the purposes of SVP enrolments and pathways must be approved by Imagine
Education Australia prior to being released
6. Imagine Education Australia reserves the right to audit the processes of an SVP Approved Partner including
premises and marketing materials as it so requires to ensure continued compliance by the SVP Approved
Partner
7. The SVP Approved Partner will provide support to Imagine Education to reducing the risk of being cancelled
by ensuring they communicate with students in areas related to payments for fees, course attendance and
course progress

8. Provide or provide assistance with venues for Imagine Education to interview students as part of the
Imagine Education Application Process for SVP Students.
9. Imagine Education Australia will regularly monitor the agents performance and reserves the right to remove
SVP approval from the agent at any time.

Imagine Education Pty Ltd will pay Consultants a commission rate of insert

Payment terms:
Commission is payable on tuition fees only and is not payable on any other
fees.
Imagine must receive an invoice for the commission and invoices must
include:

student’s name

course attended

corresponding course dates

amount of fees paid

amount of commission due

ABN and GST if applicable.
Imagine Education will pay 50% of commission on commencement of the
course and 50% on completion of the course
