FOR PERIOD 1 JUL 2015 TO 30 1UN 2016
YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO DO DUTY AS A GALLERY ATTENDANT FOR A TOTAL OF 6 HOURS PER MONTH PER
GALLERY. THIS CAN TAKE THE FORM OF 2 X 3 HOUR SHIFTS OR ALTERNATIVELY ONE X 6 HOUR FULL DAY.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
TAS membership and gallery duty required
1 space allocated approx 40cmx40cm. Space if always subject to availability in the gallery or shop
10% commission is payable on all objects/items sold
Work can be changed any time, but should be re-freshed every two months
You are required to complete and maintain a Record Sheet (list of items) in the respective folder DECORATIVE
ARTS FOLDER under your name. The record sheet is to be filed in this folder along with this signed form
Objects/items remain the property of the artist/craft person until sold (including laybys)
• No alteration of price without your consent
• Gallery volunteers are not responsible for any loss or damage to objects/items at the Gallery
• Objects/items are not covered by TAS insurance
• TAS reserves the right to refuse to display for any reason
• Photography/filming for publicity purposes is allowed
• Payment of goods sold by Direct Credit to your nominated bank account at the end of each month.
Payment account details to be given to Treasurer. Cheques only if approved by the Treasurer.
