Maintain sales records, prepare sales reports and sales forecasts as needed. Customize multiple databases in Outlook to store and track call lists. Updating said databases to maintain accuracy. Other software used include MS Office Products, mHelpDesk, etc. Attend Career and Job Fairs to prequalify candidates for technical IT positions within our office.
