Compare living/non-living things
Identify and name suitable habitats for living things including their basic needs and
how they depend on each other.
Describe how animals obtain food from plants & understand simple food chains
(caterpillar/chick) and their food sources.
Notice animals (incl. humans) have offspring
Find out about basic needs for survival (food, air, water)
Importance for humans to exercise, eat healthy and be hygienic. (Y2)




