DISTRICT, REGIONAL, TERRITORY FURNITURE INSTALLATION GUIDE
Construction in the office or area in which the furniture is to be installed must be completed prior to
installation of the furniture, i.e., floor covering must be installed; walls must be painted, etc.
All cardboard must be broken-down and all packing materials must be placed in the store trash container
Concealed damages must be reported to Purchasing within 3 days of receipt. Provide the product number,
serial number and item description. The serial number and product information may be found on the stickers
on the furniture. For example, stickers on the chairs are found underneath the seat. The desk has a sticker
on the outside of the drawer when the drawer is pulled out. The same is for the filing cabinets.
Return furniture checklist form with Preliminary Walk-through checklists or to your coordinator prior to
leaving the store on Friday.
