Santa Barbara, CA, February 9, 2016 – The Lobero Theatre Foundation is honored to host an extraordinary
concert in support of ENCORE: LOBERO, a campaign to raise funds to preserve and enhance the historic Lobero
Theatre. The concert, on Thursday, March 28 at 8 p.m. will feature two of Santa Barbara’s most beloved artists,
Jeff Bridges and David Crosby. Mr. Bridges and Mr. Crosby have collaborated before, most recently on the 2011
album entitled Be Here Soon. The Abiders are made up of Mr. Bridges on guitar and vocals, Chris Pelonis on guitar,
Tom Lackner on drums, Randy Tico on bass and Bill Flores on keyboards.
The ENCORE: LOBERO campaign has a $6.25 million goal that will ensure that the Lobero Theatre remains a vital
and vibrant part of the Santa Barbara performing arts scene for decades to come. The campaign will provide for
new seats with more legroom and accessibility, installing heating and air conditioning for the first time, nearly
double the size of the women’s restroom, restore a youthful glow to the theatre’s interior and create a safe and
welcoming Esplanade at the theatre’s entrance. ENCORE: LOBERO is currently over 80% towards completion.

Tickets for Jeff Bridges and the Abiders with special guest David Crosby are available beginning Saturday, March
2 at noon at the Lobero Box Office, 805.963.0761. Prices are $80 and $155 with a limited number of Patron tickets
available starting at $255. All prices include facility fees and include a tax-deductible donation to ENCORE:
LOBERO. All Patron tickets include priority seating, pre-performance private reception, and recognition in the
event program and a tax-deductible gift to the Lobero Theatre.
