ORONO HIGH SCHOOL BOYS HOCKEY BOOSTER CLUB
Minutes of Booster Club Meeting Wednesday, November 18, 2015
In attendance: Paul Vieth, Tony Patterson, Revis Stephenson and Susan Gustafson.
I.
Call to Order at 7:00 pm
Everyone was welcomed.
II.
Approval of September 9, 2015 meeting minutes
 Paul Vieth made the motion to approve the minutes.
 Tony Patterson seconded the motion.
III.
Review Current Statement and Cash Position
 Budget, financial position and financial activity was summarized by Revis
Stephenson.
 Revis will be getting an updated checkbook with side ledger for easier
record keeping from the bank.
 Our fundraising efforts have been very successful..
 Salt sale short falls will be sent out before the end of the year.
IV.
Media Guide
 Sunshine Photography has provided the youth team photos to Tony.
 Team photos will take place in the next couple weeks. Coaches are
finalizing the dates.
 Coaches are working on their bios for the media guide.
 Tony is collecting previous year stats in to put into media guide.
V.
Junior Varsity Locker Room
 Bucky Mieras and Paul Vieth are discussing an option for the junior
varsity team to store their equipment. Further discussion is needed.
 There is not an extra room to store equipment at the Orono Ice Arena.
VI.
Pallets
 Pallets have not been picked up yet from the Orono Ice Arena parking lot.
 Paul Vieth will touch base with Chris Willson who coordinates the pallet
pickup from the salt sales to check status.

VII.
Website
 Practice schedules will be posted to NGIN website once coaches have
coordinated their ice schedule with the rink managers.
 Online payment process will be added to the website as future
enhancement.
