6 Holes Greensomes / 6 Holes Better Ball/ 6 Holes Combined Stableford points
(in a 3 hole rotation)
Closing date for entries Friday 20th May 2016
Ladies must be members of a club affiliated to the KCLGA,
But do not have to belong to the same Club
Entry Fee £40.00 per player
Please make cheque payable to KCLGA, DATED 20th May 2016
No refunds if cancellation is made within two weeks of the competition

address for you to forward a cheque to cover your entry, made out to
KCLGA
Please advise any special dietary requirements
**For competitors under 18 years of age on the day of the competition the
parent/guardian must have completed an Annual Junior Player Profile Form and Code
of Conduct for Children, without which the entry cannot be accepted.
