Organizational Development Specialist
Department: Training and Development
Location: Saint Francis Medical Center
Shift/Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.; other hours as needed
Summary:
This position is responsible for supporting the organization's leadership development
programs. This includes selecting and contracting with facilitators and vendors,
coordinating workshops and learning activities, marketing and branding, and supporting
content design. A second responsibility will be to work with the organization's groups
and stakeholders to build customized learning programs as needed.
Qualifications:
Required:




Bachelor's degree or higher in Organizational Development, Leadership and
Management, or a related field.
At least three years’ experience in an organizational development or leadership
role.
Experience with adult learning principles, leadership theories, change
management theories and application
Experience in performance management and strategic planning.
Preferred:

Proficiency with design tools such as Macromedia Flash, Adobe Captivate,
Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Presenter or other multi-media applications.
