(Chris)Motion to discuss an extension for Phi Kappa Theta
o
(Brian)Need the extension to get the charter from their National Headquarters
o
(David) Seems like the right thing to do since they need the time to charter

(Brian) Recruitment is going well, Cold calling and bidding new members

o
(DJ) Motion to vote on ballot


Chapter needs 20 members total to charter
Motion of extension to September 4th, 2015: Passed
(Chris) Motion to discuss Beta Rho Chi.
o
Chapters think that their required IFC member Beta Rho Chi should count toward their Bro chi
count
o
(Walker) Our Chapter is over 20 members and the required IFC members would help
o
(DJ) In by-laws that this is how things should be
o
(Colby) I believe that having that required IFC member a Bro Chi would help a chapter out
enormously and fines

o
(Gunby) Agree with Colby, IFC members are some of the more motivated members
o
(DJ) Having more Beta Rho Chis would help with cold calling
(Walker) Motion to discuss chapter standings on the public website
o
(DJ) This shouldn’t be shown publically
o
(Walker) should be thought out more and get the whole council involved
