Presidents- you have until Friday at 9pm to change any Beta Ro Chi’s otherwise if they drop out or try to
switch there will be a $200 fine. This fine is so high because I don’t have the time to train in late Beta Ro
Chi’s so I would have to lose a team member. (This also puts an extra burden on the other Beta Ro Chi’s
which is not fair)
I will release all formal recruitment information and schedules on Monday the 23rd.

Also please be working on an individual chapter recruitment video. (Lip Syncs, Greek Week,
Philanthropy events, brotherhoods… etc..)

Questions/comments

Old Business:

Social media position statement
o
IV.
Tabled til next week
New Business:

Motion to open the floor on discussion on a Recruitment Carnival instead of an All Greek Cookout
o
(TKE) In our experience the Greek Cookout hasn’t given the best results
o
(Lambda Chi) I like change but a Carnival doesn’t seem very fitting for college students
o
(Sigma Chi) I don’t like the idea of doing a RSO combined event
o
(Brie) PHC is still planning on doing the cookout and this would mess up the budget
o
(John) Counterpart is resilient about changing to a Carnival. There needs to be more of a plan
set in place to change anything. Cannot recruit with the ladies in an event. Intent of this event
is for Chapters to get people out and easy to do to get the word out.
o
V.
(Sigma Chi) - Flyers to hand out would be a way to get more people there.
Announcements:


be shammed by our letter but rather to be looked highly upon.
