TECHNICAL SERVICES SUPPORT SPECIALIST ABS Global, Inc., is a global producer and marketer of bovine genetics and related products, is currently seeking a Technical Services Support Specialist in our DeForest, Wisconsin office. This role will focus on the coordination and execution of key initiatives by the Global Technical Services department. The position will manage and coordinate training activities at the training center and online to include database management and technician grading. Additionally, this role will develop, plan and organize customer workshops and meetings for the department. The TS Support Specialist will also be relied on for effective communication to the Technical Services staff and the dairy industry, at a global level, through the use of the website, forums, newsletters and additional literature. Qualified candidates will have 3-5 years of experience in a support role required, with some experience working at a global level desirable. A Bachelor degree in Animal Science with strong dairy cattle industry knowledge and familiarity with heard management software is preferred. Proficient with MS Office and web based applications a must. A demonstrated ability to analyze data, work independently and communicate effectively will be the key to success.
