AFTER PROM 2015 @ 4th Street Corner Alley
(begins immediately following Prom with buses departing from OHS)
11:00 p.m.-2:30 a.m.
6:00 p.m.
Prom attendees arrival and registration at Marriott Cleveland East
 Social time and appetizers
 Doors close promptly at 6:45 p.m. – no exceptions
7:00 p.m.
Dinner and Dancing at Prom
 Announcement of King and Queen at 9:00 p.m.
10:30 p.m.
End of Prom
 Attendees will not be permitted to leave before 10:00 p.m.
 Leave to change into casual clothes for After-Prom
(Socks required for After-Prom activities)
11:00 p.m.
Students report to Orange High School for After-Prom
 Enter at east entry near MUF to check-in
 No bags or backpacks are permitted
 Busses leave by 11:15 p.m.
2:30 a.m.
End of After-Prom
 Students will board busses and return to the high school
 Students will be provided with a Curfew Pass in their gift bag
PROM & AFTER-PROM TICKET INFORMATION
 Tickets for both events will be available for purchase on Wednesday, April 15th- Tuesday, April 21st
during all lunch periods.
 Only OHS Juniors and Senior can purchase tickets.
 The attached agreement form must be completed with all signatures at the time of purchase.
 JUNIOR DUES MUST BE PAID IN ORDER TO PURCHASE A PROM TICKET. Junior dues are $25; checks made out
to Orange Board of Education and turned in to Mrs. Taylor in Student Services.
Prom Tickets = $60 per person
After-Prom Tickets = $20 per person
We will accept cash or checks made payable to Orange Board of Education for both prom and after-prom tickets.
Note: In the event that you do not attend Prom and/or After-Prom after purchasing a ticket, there will be NO REFUNDS

Alcohol screening may be used as a condition of entrance into Prom and After-Prom
I understand that if I am judged to be under the influence and my parent cannot be reached, I will be turned over to
the police.
3. I understand that there will be police at the dance and that they will enforce the laws concerning under-age
consumption and illegal beverages and substances.
4. All school rules are in effect.
5. Any student or guest, who has in their possession alcohol, tobacco and/or drugs, or is found to have used any of
these substances before attending the activity, will not be permitted to attend; the proper authorities may be called
and school disciplinary action will follow.
6. Students and guests who do not apply with school policy or directives from school officials and chaperones will be
removed from the activity and be subjected to further disciplinary action.
7. I understand that I will only be admitted into the dance between 6:00 and 6:45 p.m.
8. I understand that I am not permitted to leave the dance before 10:00 p.m.
9. I understand that the doors for After-Prom registration will open at 10:45 p.m. If I am not in attendance by 11:15
p.m., my parents will be notified and I will not be admitted into After-Prom.
10. I understand that I am required to stay at After-Prom until 2:30 a.m.
11. I understand that any date/guest that I bring to the dance has consented to abide by the same agreement and I am
responsible for their actions.
