Dear Junior Class Member:
As we approach the night of the Junior Prom I wanted to remind everyone of some expectations for the evening.
This will be a great evening for all students and their guests. The following list addresses many of the most
frequently asked questions about the event.

Please arrive to the Springfield Country Club before 7:00 P.M. for pictures. Dinner will be served
promptly at 7:15. The phone number for the country club is (610) 690-7600.

As with all dances, all students and their guests will be subject to a “breathalyzer” and bags will be
searched upon entrance.

Be aware that once you leave the facility, you will not be permitted to return to the Prom.

Smoking is not permitted on the premises.

In order to attend the Prom, you must attend school on Friday, April 10, 2015.

Juniors on the list for attending the prom will be permitted an early dismissal at 11:29 without a note
from home. Students will have to arrange for their own transportation. This does not mean that all
students attending the Prom are required to leave. We encourage all students to complete the
school day so as not to miss important academic opportunities. Students in other grades attending
the prom are required to follow the existing procedure for early dismissals.

All school rules will apply that evening.

Picture forms were distributed at the ticket sales. Please remember to bring your form to the Prom if
you would like to purchase photographs. See Mrs. Clarke’s website for extra forms.
I have confidence that the students of Penncrest High School will continue to make us all proud with positive
choices before, during, and after the Prom. The Prom is simply another “showcase” to the community of the
high quality young people that represent Penncrest High School. I look forward to a wonderful event!
Sincerely,
William M. Dougherty
