Let us rejoice and give thanks for the newness of life offered to us. We are glad for warmth, for green grass, for soft breezes and the music of birds, for gentle raindrops upon our faces. On this day of hope and new life, we are reminded that God dwells with us and within all creation. We remember we are called to be partners with God in creation. Let us join in celebrating God's gift of life. THE LORD’S PRAYER Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come, thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread and forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil, for thine is the kingdom, the power and the glory, forever and ever. Amen. *HYMN: “All Things Bright and Beautiful” OPENING PRAYER Creator, we thank you for the beautiful creation you have given us for our home.
