Worked as Management trainee and the promoted as an Assistant
Manager – Food and Beverage Service of a five star deluxe property, The
Park Hotel, Apeejay Surrendra Group and managed a team of 25
memebers of a 24hours operational coffee shop with a dispense bar, also
worked as a supervisor in the Hotels night club and cocktail lounge bar
since June 2011 to October 2013 (28 months) in Chennai.
Opened a Standalone cafe named Tapri in Howrah (Kolkata) and have
made it fully operational and successful from December 2013 managing
till date.
