You are invited to bid on timber located as follows: Tim Wurst Timber Sale, 13709 N Eastern Ave, Smithville, MO 64089. From
Kauffman and Arrowhead stadiums, follow Interstate 435 north for 6.8 miles, stay to the left and continue along I-435 N for another
3.1 miles then stay in the left lane to continue following I-435 N for 6.8 miles. Take Exit 45 for 291/NE Cookingham Dr. for .5 miles.
Turn right onto Cookingham Dr. for .9 miles. Turn left onto N Eastern Rd for 2.8 miles. Refer to map (attached) or visit

appointment to visit the property. This is a good property to utilize an ATV though there may be some areas that cannot be
accessed without walking.
Mixed hardwood sale of 60 Black Walnut trees numbered with orange marking paint by the Consulting Forester. The trees are also
marked with an orange dot at the base of the tree. Only trees marked with orange are to be sold. Total estimated volume of 12,183
BF (Doyle Log Rule) with an estimated 2,348 BF of veneer walnut grade logs and 9,835 BF of lumber walnut grade logs. Volume
estimates are not guaranteed. Buyers need to make their own estimates and bid lump sum accordingly. See chart below for full
breakdown. Trees that have a “W” for wildlife or “DNC” for Do Not Cut painted on them are not included in this sale.

bids must be received no later than Tuesday November 3rd 6:30 PM. An initial deposit of $0.00 should accompany this bid. This will
be returned if bid is not successful. Base your bid on a one year contract. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
