I have always found my doctor to be responsive to my medical needs. Sometimes he is over running – I don’t mind that because he seems to give you all the time that is required to discuss any problems thoroughly. I book my appointments online and it is just so easy. To sum up, I am completely satisfied with your practice and I am happy to recommend it to anyone seeking an excellent doctors surgery. Professional, but friendly and approachable attitude. Extremely Likely & Likely The staff are very polite and helpful. They make every effort to ensure that I can consult my own doctor when requested. Whenever I need to make an appointment I have always found the reception staff helpful. However, I like to think that I don’t expect miracles. Unlikely and Extremely Unlikely Waiting times for routine appointments – seven working days wait does not constitute a great service. I was asked if my request was routine – I have an issue which required diagnosis, so I really don’t know if that is ‘routine’ or not, but as it is not life threatening, I would suppose that this would be the case. Either way, I had to wait for some time on the phone before getting through, so no, not a great service – will wait to see how the appointment goes. The booking I eventually got (online) was at Milford, where I was informed I should not attend that location.
