over running – I don’t
mind that because he
seems to give you all the
time that is required to

Waiting times for routine
appointments – seven
working days wait does
not constitute a great
service. I was asked if my
request was routine – I
have an issue which
required diagnosis, so I
really don’t know if that is
‘routine’ or not, but as it is
not life threatening, I
would suppose that this
would be the case. Either
way, I had to wait for
some time on the phone
before getting through, so
no, not a great service –
will wait to see how the
appointment goes.

was at Milford, where I
was informed I should not
attend that location.
