It was during a spell of extreme heat when I visited the
surgery. For both those working in the Health Centre and for
patients, the heat indoors was unbearable, especially in the No No
reception area. Reflective blinds and/or air conditioning
would improve this situation for all.

The communications need to be reviewed, i.e. don't send me
letters about overdue reviews when I have an appointment
