Extremely likely:
 Good service never had any problems at this GP practice. Everyone is really lovely & helpful
Extremely Unlikely:
 Trying to get my log on for online services. I have changed my name due to divorce. My passport & driver’s license
is in my new name but you won’t change it. Married name is double barrelled maiden name and married name. So I
have no ID in old name. You have known me by my maiden name since I was 3.
 I don’t need stupid doctors giving wrong advice to friends, the doctors will end up killing them. The doctors aren’t
professionals so this medical centre needs closing down asap. [Practice response: We are very sorry to hear this. if
the person you are referring to would like to discuss their case in more detail we would strongly encourage them to
contact Sharon Harrison (Practice Manager) to lodge a complaint. We will then be able to look into things for them.
Please note we can only accept complaints from the person involved and not a friend, unless we have been given
written permission. We strive always to give a good service but are keen to help if you think things have gone wrong
 The appointments are never on time-poor service. Wrong medicines. I take my son to private practice when we are
not getting the right service. [Practice response: We are sorry to hear this-unfortunately this is a very common
complaint. Please see our September Patient Newsletter (available in the surgery or online)which has an item about
why this happens.]
