Applications are invited from citizens of India for the following posts on purely contract
basis for Centre for Plant Biotechnology (CPB), CCS HAU Campus, Hisar, Haryana on plain paper with
complete details viz (i) Name of post (ii) Name of Candidate (iii) Full address for communication

supported by attested documentary evidence. Recently passport size photograph should be pasted on
application and two self addressed envelopes without stamps. The candidate should also indicate the
name of the post at the top of envelope. Application should reach latest by 30.06.2015 at. 5.00 p.m. to

Terms & Conditions :
1.
Incomplete applications in any form or the applications received after the last date for
whatever reasons will be rejected.
2.
The decision of the Council in all matters relating to acceptance or rejection of an
application, eligibility/suitability of the candidates, mode of , and criteria for selection etc,
will be final and binding on the candidates. No inquiry or correspondence will entertained
in this regard. Secretary/EC, HSCST reserves the right to increase or decrease the number
of vacancies.

The candidate should give details of all the examinations passed from Matriculation or its
equivalent onwards and mention total and percentage of marks obtained and maximum
marks in each examination. The candidate must attach attested copies of the detailed
Marks-sheet/Certificates/Degrees with the application. The candidates who have obtained
degrees or Diplomas or Certificates for the various courses from any institution declared
fake by the University Grants Commission, shall not be eligible for being considered for
recruitment to the posts advertised.
4.
Qualification will be determined with regard to the last date fixed for receipt of
applications.
5.
Candidate applying for a post must ensure that they fulfil all the eligibility conditions on the
last date of application. If on verification at any time before or after the written
examination or interview or appointment, it is found that they do not fulfil any of the
eligibility condition or it is found that the information furnished is false or incorrect their
candidature will be cancelled.
6.
An application form will be summarily rejected in the following events:
a)
If a candidate makes more than one application for a particular post.
b)
If the application is unsigned/incomplete/not accompanied by attested copies of the
detailed mark sheets and other relevant documents.
c)
If the application is received in Council office after the closing date.
7.
Experience only in relevant field and responsible positions/organizations will be counted.
8.
No TA/DA will be allowed to applicant at the time of interview as well as Joining.
9.
Except the emoluments mentioned, no other allowances like Medical Allowance, House
Rent Allowance, Children Education Allowance, Travelling Allowance, etc will be
admissible to selected candidate.
10.
The appointment would be made purely on contractual basis for a period of one year or till
the regular appointee joins, whichever is earlier.
