Neil Fleming Brown
Neil trained at Anniesland College, Glasgow and Doreen Bird College,
Kent gaining a (BA) Dance and Theatre Performance.
Neil joined Wayne McGregor/Random Dance in 2006 and performed
works including "Polar Sequences", "Amu", "Ataxia" and "Entity".
In 2010 Neil performed "The Clearing" with The Charles Linehan
Company for Dance Umbrella and "Arrangement" for Joe Moran. He
danced for Alexander Whitley as part of Exposure Evening at ROH2 and
"Say Something" for H2 Dance. Neil has worked on a number of creative
learning projects for Wayne McGregor/ Random Dance including the
Opening Ceremony of the FINA World Swimming Championships in
Rome and Big Dance 2012 in London's Trafalgar Square.
Neil has also taught at numerous other venues including The Place,
London (Summer School) and Rambert College, Richmond.
‘Neil is a fabulous teacher - full of ideas and interesting approaches
as well as good fun! We had a great day when he taught at the
Open Dance Group Summer Workshops in 2013.’
