Thousands of law enforcement leaders representing federal, state, county, and local agencies from around the
nation will meet to discuss the most critical issues challenging law enforcement and our communities today.
“The 39th Annual Training Conference will bring together law enforcement leaders from around the country to
address critical issues shaping our country today in the areas of Community Policing and 21st Century Law

The conference will address leadership, mentoring, training, diversity, youth development, technology, and
officer wellness and mental health. Workshop topics include cultural diversity training, domestic violence,
sexual assault, crisis management, managing diverse workforces, technology, and community policing.
"On behalf of our NOBLE executive board, chapter members, and the hundreds of communities we serve, we
look forward to working with Indianapolis to co-host the upcoming Training Conference,” stated Dr. Cedric L.
