1st ANNUAL KINGSTON INVITATIONAL CROSS-COUNTRY MEET
The Limestone District School Board is proud to offer a great season-opening race on the beautiful trails & rolling hills of the
Little Cataraqui Conservation Area in Kingston, Ontario.

Directions:
Exit north off the 401 at the Division St (Perth Road) exit directly north of Kingston. The Conservation area
is 2km north of the 401. There is a sharp left hand turn 700m after the traffic lights at the top of the hill.

Specific race maps will be included in your race day package. Races will be run on trails 1, 2, 3 & 5 depending
on the distance required (incorporating the starting and finishing zones). A generic map of the trails can be viewed here:

Terrain & Footwear:
The majority of the races will be run on dirt and grass trails. There will be a 300m start/finishing
section run on gravel. Training flats (or very short spikes) are recommended.
Fees:
Elementary Students- $3 per entry -
per-school maximum $100
High School Students- $5 per entry-
per-school maximum $120
Awards & Presentations:
T-shirts to the first 3 finishers, ribbons for the first 3 teams. Trophy for overall team winner. Awards to be given out
immediately following the race (once the next race is underway).
