Meeting called to order at 6:07 p.m. by John Bush-quorum established
Motion: Motion made by Kristin Rapacki to accept the February minutes. Seconded by Sandra Vela. Motion passed.

Open Discussion
There was a request from administration that the number of ERABC meetings be reduced. There was discussion about
the possibility of having 3 general meetings per year with the board holding monthly meetings open to anyone wishing to
attend. Financial requests should be streamlined where the coaches make their requests to administration and
administration submits approved requests to the board for approval/disbursement.
The school is currently working on a report on where each sport stands financially.
Physical Night will be held April 22nd from 4 to 6. The fee is $25 and includes an eligibility/activity pass for the student. $10
will be directed to the sports medicine department and $15 will be deposited into the general athletic fund. The goal is to
have 500 student athletes attend. Only ERHS students will receive the athletic pass.
Old Business
Color Run – We have received $2775 cash and $750 in product and sponsorships are still coming in. There are multiple
competitions for sign ups. March 26th will be the final day to receive a t-shirt. Athlete forms are due by March 20th for
teams to receive credit. The course is mapped out and begins with an easy 1 st mile to benefit the younger participants.
The city of Clermont may be setting up a table and flags.
New Business:
The school is in discussions with Puma regarding a possible sponsorship/partnership.
Board positions will be open, so please consider volunteering.
Kristin Rapacki volunteered to take minutes for the April 8th meeting.
