Policies (For Bus or Transit Vans):

Due to limited parking for oversized vehicles, reservations are required for large buses or vans.

A 50% deposit is required to secure your day/time reservation. Payment can be made by check for
the deposit and by check or cash for the balance on the day of the visit.

Refund of house tour ticket price can be obtained up to two weeks before the scheduled visit.

Bus parking information will be emailed one week before your scheduled visit.

The Designer House is not handicap accessible

Lunch orders are non-refundable and are payable in full by check two weeks prior to arrival.

Indoor photography is not permitted. Outdoor photos are welcome.


Tickets will be mailed. Payment in full is required two weeks in advance to facilitate mail delivery.

Tickets are good for any time the house is open to the public for tours.

Group tickets are non-refundable.

