VERB PHRASE PRACTICE
1. Each student obtains a wipeoff board, marker, cloth.
2. Display Verbal Phrase sentences on Smartboard .
3. Each student will have a different sentence to copy onto their wipeoff
board and ( ) prep phrase, ========= complete verb (linking and helping)
4. Students will go to Smartboard and mark their given sentence.
5. Class to make any necessary corrections.
6. Put boards away.
7. Using Linking verb list from binders, students will independently complete
Verb Phrase Exit Ticket and turn in for a grade.
