Acrostic Poem
• Write the word GOVERNMENT vertically on a sheet of
construction paper.
• Write a phrase for each of the letters about government.
• Try to begin your phrase with one of the letters from the word
GOVERNMENT.
• If you can’t, you can use a letter from anywhere in the main
topic word (GOVERNMENT).
• Be sure to BOLD & CAPITALIZE the letters in GOVERNMENT so
they stand out.
• Decorate these!!! They will be displayed!!!
