Dear UNK Counselor Education Graduate and Alumni:
We are requesting your participation in a systematic assessment of the UNK Counselor
Education Program's preparation of professional counselors. We are grateful for
your input and reflection as a recent graduate or soon to be graduate.
Below are two links, the first link gives you access to the Graduate Survey, please
complete that survey based on your experiences as a UNK Counselor Education Program
Graduate/Alumni. The second link should be forwarded to your employer so they can
access the Site Supervisor/Employer Survey.

The UNK Counselor Education Program formally and regularly seeks data from several
key sources: a) graduates, b) current students, c) site supervisors, and d) employers.
Therefore, we are asking you to complete the Graduate Survey AND to ask your current
employer/supervisor to complete the Employer survey for feedback regarding the quality
of our training program.
Thank you for your willingness to help the UNK Counselor Education Program conduct
these important program assessments.
