LEARNING
OBJECTIVES
RESULTS
*Gain exposure to the various job opportunities within the organization.
*Focus on ERM operations to identify any area that would benefit from process improvements and develop the means to implement the
identified solutions to result in effiencies.
As stated above in the Work Assignments section, Stephen achieved this and more by not only identifying several process improvements,
did an awesome job with following through with implementing them within a short time period. Great job Stephen!!
PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
1.
What positive personal and professional qualities, characteristics and/or abilities did the intern demonstrate?
Stephen is very personable and professional. He is well spoken and effective in his communication. He is driven, assertive,
motivated and has a great work ethic. He constantly asks questions seeking the necessary knowledge to complete his
assignments on time. He demonstrated above average technical aptitude to efficiently complete his assignments. He takes
personal responsibility and accountability for his work. He is organized and completes his assignments on time and with
quality results. Finally, Stephen was very open and receptive to constructive feedback, often times independently requesting
feedback, to effectively and efficiently complete his assignments. His process improvement contributions were valuable and
resulted in a significant cost savings. He has been a great addition to the team!
2.
What personal and professional qualities, characteristics and/or abilities should the intern strive to improve upon or acquire?
At times, Stephen found himself waiting for direction to proceed with his assignments. He should continue to ask questions
and schedule meetings with the appropriate team members to continue to drive his tasks forward. He should also continue to
seek knowledge of the business and build relationships as they will be leveraged when working on current and future
assignments. With minimal guidance, Stephen was very effective in these areas and I am confident that he will continue to
grow and be even more effective in these areas in the future.
