HASD Teacher’s Guide to Grade Submission in Infinite Campus Once you have entered your grades, you can immediately begin the process of grade verifications. The following instructions will guide you through the process of Grade Verification in Infinite Campus. The only major change is that you print the grade verification report. All other aspects remain the same. Since you drive the grade verification process, additional time is available to you for grade submission. 1. Consult the time line provided in the “End of Marking Period Time Line” for dates and times. 2. Print one copy of the “Grade Verification Checklist” per building you teach in. On the checklist you will list students with incompletes and failures. This form is used as a coversheet for your Grade Verifications. 3. Print one copy of your schedule per building (as applicable). The instructions are provided in the “Printing Teacher Schedule in Infinite Campus” documentation. The reason that this needs to be printed is to verify that the correct classes and student count are still assigned to you. This is to be used as a checklist for assigned classes. For every course you are assigned to teach, you need to print a Grade Report. Your schedule is to be placed under the “Grade Verification Checklist”. HASD Oct. 25, 2013 4. Print “Grade Reports” for each class taught. Instructions are provided in the “Teacher Grade Verification in Infinite Campus”. Grade reports go under your teacher schedule when you return your grade verification to the office. 5. When you have your checklist completed, schedule printed and have checked and printed your grade reports, submit this to the office. The order should look like this: HASD Oct. 25, 2013
