My Ancient Egypt Story
I was thinking of the homework assignment that I had been given on
ancient Egypt whilst swinging around the steel bar doing giants on
Monday night. All of a sudden I felt a tug that pulled me away from
the bar. I was so scared I was going to hurt myself until I opened my
eyes and found myself in the middle of a swirling black hole.
After what felt like years I fell on my face on a pile of sand. Suddenly
I saw a massive pyramid in front of me still being built. I saw
Egyptians with headpieces on and I saw the pharaoh.
After watching the Egyptians move around the pyramids for quite a while
I finally looked behind me. I found out I was on the bank of the Nile
River. It is the most amazing thing I think I will ever see.
All of a sudden I found myself I the middle of a massive circle of
Egyptians. They were all asking why I was wearing funny clothes. I
told them how it was my leotard and how I was doing my gymnastics
training when all of a sudden I found myself here. The Egyptians made
me show them a cartwheel and so I did. They were absolutely amazed
even though it was a pretty easy skill.
