After Benchmark Guidance Grade Level Team Universal Screener (All grade K-3 students) -Meet with Data and Lead coach for Data Overview Session -Examine core instruction (80%) -Determine instructional priorities by class -Plan for grouping, reteaching, and differentiation in Tier I -Examine RtI team broadscale recommendations for Tier II -Consider student needs and other relevant data -Assign to specific intervention -Send/Give this list to RTI team (including psychologist) RTI Team Meet with psychologist -Examine broad scale of students most in need by cut score and instructional recommendation Look at individual student growth for those already in Tier II intervention for at least 4 PM data points. Consider if growth warrants maintaining Tier II status (esp. if GREEN) Yes: GL team documents specific differentiation strategies and PM every 4 weeks No: Consider Intervention Checklist at bottom of decision tree and adjust Tier II (note adjustments date and details within plan) Note students NOT currently in Tier II interventions that have RED or YELLOW instructional recommendations. Verify inclusion on broad scale list of students. Share broad scale recommendations with GL teams After Intervention Group Determination Begin RTI student plan within RDS (general information and Tier I information) Complete Tier II section of student RTI plan within RDS (specific intervention details, PM details and goal based on ROI) Generate and send parent letter using RDS tool Create groups within Quick Pad and WGEN RTI tools Determine process for taking and entering attendance on Quick Pad. Share with responsible staff.
