Please send me the names of the fraternities community service/philanthropy chairs so I can
create a Facebook group to keep an open line of communication
Support Alpha Chi Omega’s philanthropy event his Saturday (February 21st, 2015) 1-4 pm. Tickets
are only 5 dollars.

Presidents, please get me your hours from the fall. Deadline is March 1st, I will not be taking hours
after that date


Thank you for participation in the Greek housing conversation. Please keep in mind that, at this time,
we are only talking about the development of a process for investigation. No decisions have been made
about any models, amenities, funding sources, or any other details. Many questions are being asked
that it is simply too early to be able to think about answering. Dr. Jones and/or I will be in touch about
the next meeting.


www.maverickgreeks.comand in “Files” of Maverick Greeks’ OrgSync Portal. Use this document for the
programming you’re doing now.


2015 UIFI Funding Application now available in “Forms” Section of Maverick Greeks Org Sync
Portal. Members of ASA, Delta Chi, Lambda Chi, Phi Psi, Phi Kapp, Tri-Sigma, and TKE will need to apply
for their headquarters/foundation scholarship in order to be considered for ours. Pay attention to
deadlines! Our application is due March 31.


Summer 2015 New Student Orientation

(http://www.mnsu.edu/newstudent/orientation/transfer/dates.html) dates have been announced.


An opening remains on MSSA for a senator from the College of Allied Health & Nursing.


Reminder that a large Spring concert will take place the evening of April 22.


Composite photo shoots will take place March 16-20. If you regularly use the Greek Office for a
group meeting, please make alternate arrangements for that week.

10. Composite companies have until 2/24 to submit data for a composite contract bid. I will share info
when I have it, and we’ll meet shortly after to try to reach an agreement.

11. Reminder that people with after-hours access to Student Activities Office are able to utilize the
office for meeting space, but not for access to office/poster-making supplies. Exception granted to
councils for community-wide programming. Those working on things for other groups will be asked to
leave the office and may lose access. Regular office hours at 8-6 Monday-Friday.
