3rd Annual Diabetes Awareness Trail Ride
Important Trail Ride Facts:

The $40.00 registration fee includes: Lunch and dinner on Saturday and Breakfast on Sunday. It also includes entrance to
the LIVE Bands both nights. Wrist bands must be worn. Dinner will be in designated outdoor tent area and breakfast will be
inside Loebau Wagon Stop. Muleskinners & Under 12 are FREE



Friday, October 10, 2014 and Saturday, October 11, 2014. Ride out at 9am on Saturday.
Wagon Boss, Scouts and executive planning committee meeting Friday, October 9, 2015 at 7:00 pm ~ Loebau Wagon
Stop Outside Stage.
Trailer will be available for non riders and coolers
Wine Tasting is on Friday, October 9, 2015, at Loebau Wagon Stop. Fee is $10.00 per person.
Silent and Live Auction will be held at Loebau Wagon Stop on Friday, October 9th and Saturday, October 10th.
If you are bringing a silent auction item or bottle of wine, please turn in items at onsite registration.
LIVE Bands Friday and Saturday night.
Event Photographers will be on the trail ride on Saturday. A photography area will be set up on the back porch upon the

T-shirts are available to purchase for $10.00
Please be mindful of trash on the ride and in the pasture.
Wagon available for Non-Horse Riders and Coolers.
Negative Coggins Required - No Stallion Horses - NO ATV's Allowed

Directions to Wagon Stop:
From Dime Box: (about 15 min):
Take Hwy 21 W into
Dime Box & turn Left at blinking light onto FM 141. Take a Right onto
CR 424 before RR Tracks. At the yield sign, take a Right onto CR 430
and an immediate Left onto CR 117. Wagon Stop will be
approximately 7 miles on your LEFT.
From Giddings (about 20 min): At intersection of 290 and
Hwy 77, you will head North on Hwy 77 toward Lexington. 5 miles,
you will see a tin construction building - on Right. Take a RIGHT on
CR 114 (Look for signage). You will come to a Y (tree in middle of
road) - Veer RIGHT onto CR 143. At stop sign - CR 117 - Take a Left.
Wagon Stop will be on your RIGHT .

or From Brenham (about 55 min): Travel 290 W and when
you come into Giddings you will pass Dairy Queen on your Right. The
next light is Orange/CR 141. Take a Right on CR 141. Travel 5.6miles
(pass Dube Training Stables on the Left) to CR 117. Turn Left on CR
117. Follow CR 117 for 2.6 miles and cross RR tracks . The road will
turn slight right and follow CR 117 for 1.8 miles - Wagon Stop will be
on your RIGHT.
From Lexington: (25 min) Take Hwy 77 S toward Giddings.
Cross under Hwy 21. As soon as you cross under Hwy 21 - put blinker
onto Left. Take Left onto CR 327. CR 327 merges into Cr 114. Come
to Y (tree in road) and your will veer LEFT into CR 143. Stop sign take
a Left onto CR 117. Wagon Stop on RIGHT.
