We are looking forward to an exciting year of dance for all! Our class offerings include Ballet, Tap, Jazz/Hip Hop,
Acro, Irish, Pre-Dance and Creative Dance!
As always, there are multiple class discounts, family discounts as well as discounts for signing up a friend for
dance class. This is our way of saying “Thank You” for being part of our studio dance family.

Tuition is due every month
(please drop off at studio or

Tuition is due no later than the
first of the month. You may
place your payment in the
studio drop box or mail it to the
above studio address. Cash
payments may only be made to
Donna Marie or Grace.
TEACHERS ARE NOT
PERMITTED TO ACCEPT CASH
PAYMENTS! ABSOLUTEY NO

PUT IN THE PAYMENT BOX.
CASH IS TO BE PAID IN THE
OFFICE ONLY!
A $25 fee will be charged on all
returned checks. All bills need
to be paid in full prior to the
recital for any dancer to
participate. Any past due
accounts on May 31, 2016 will
be sent to collections. All fees
are non-refundable.
PAYMENTS MUST BE MADE ON
TIME!
Classes meet once a week for
45 minutes. Fees: $38 per
month. Private lessons
(arranged) are $16 per half-hour
class. Discounts are provided
for multiple classes per child
and per family:
as follows:
1st class:
$38.00/mo.
nd
2 class:
$35.00/mo.
3rd class:
$33.00/mo.
Irish Competition Class:
$25.00/mo (must be enrolled in
a regular class).
**Private lessons are not
eligible for discounts and
neither is competition**
IF TUITION IS NOT PAID BY THE
10TH OF THE MONTH, YOUR
STUDENT WILL BE ASKED TO
SIT OUT AND WATCH CLASS
UNTIL IT HAS BEEN PAID.
PARENT
WATCH WEEK
Parents are encouraged to visit
their child’s class every other
month during parents watch
week. Parent watch weeks are
the first class period in
September, November, January,
and March. THERE IS NO
WATCH WEEK IN MAY.
Please refrain from talking to
your child or to the other
parents during class. Disruptive
infants or preschoolers will be
asked to leave until they are
quiet.
DANCE STUDIO
ETIQUETTE
Dancers are expected to act
with dignity at all times. Loud
talking, running, climbing on
chairs and roughhousing of any
kind are not permitted.

Updates in classes and other
studio and dance news are
provided in the form of
newsletters and flyers. PLEASE
CHECK YOUR CHILD’S DANCE
BAG AS WELL AS THE STUDIO
BULLETIN BOARD REGULARLY.
CLASS SCHEDULE
Classes begin Monday
September 14th.
Our vacation times are:
Winter Break (will be posted)
Spring Break (will be posted)
Halloween and Thanksgiving
There are no price reductions for
holiday breaks or snow day.
MISSED LESSONS
Students are expected to attend
all classes, as this is essential for
progress! Lessons may be made
up at an alternate class time
with the teacher’s permission
and if class size permits. We
encourage classes to be made
up, as there are no price
reductions for missed classes.
We try and make up for classes
missed due to weather.
However, it is your
responsibility to get your child
to the make-up class.
DANCE ATTIRE
DRESS PROPERLY FOR CLASS!
Students are expected to dress
properly for class. If students
are dressed inappropriately
they will not be allowed to
participate. Please put your
child’s name on all belongings,
especially dance shoes! Do not
leave valuables at the studio, as
we cannot be held responsible
for lost or stolen items. Please
leave all clothing and street
shoes outside of the classroom.
Hair must be worn away from
the face and securely tied.
Chewing gum or candy is never
allowed in class. Please do not
secure dance attire with pins.
It’s a good idea to have your
child bring labeled belongings in
a dance bag (also labeled).
Ballet and Pointe: Leotard and
tights of any color. Pink ballet
shoes are a must. Tights must
be worn. No bare legs or boxer
shorts allowed. (For beginning
Pointe students, please consult
with teacher prior to
purchasing pointe shoes).
Tap: Leotard and tights of any
color. Black tap shoes.
Jazz/Hip Hop: Leotard and
tights of any color. Black jazz
shoes.
Acro: Leotard and tights of any
color. White acro shoes.
Creative Dance: Leotard and
tights of any color. Pink ballet
shoes.
Pre-Dance: Leotard and tights
of any color. Pink ballet shoes
and black tap shoes.
Irish: Leotard and tights of any
color. Highland Ghillie shoes or
Hard Shoes. Please talk with
your teacher if you are ready for
hard shoes.
DANCE RECITAL
We will be presenting a dance
recital (at the end of the dance
year). You will need to
purchase costumes and tights
for this event. A RECITAL FEE
OF $47.00 PER FAMILY IS
CHARGED. You may invite as
many guests as you would like.
** COSTUME POLICY**
If tuition is not up to date,
costumes will not be ordered
and if tuition is not paid in full
before recital, costumes will
NOT be handed out.
OTHER
PERFORMANCES
Some classes will be asked to
perform during the holidays.
Costumes and ticket fees may
be additional for these
performances.
