
Solicited $100,000 Challenge match gift for 15 th Reunion and raised funds to reach it within three months resulting in record year for the class.

Collaborate with fundraisers across campus units to provide donors with funding opportunities that will best match donors’ interests.
Volunteer Management

Provide full, ongoing support for two volunteer fundraising committees. Identify, recruit and train fundraising volunteers (generally 30-40) by providing information and counsel to support volunteers’ success in soliciting fellow classmates for gifts in the $5,000-$100,000 range. Maintain frequent contact with volunteers through meetings, written correspondence, personal visits, telephone calls and events.

Develop effective stewardship activities for top volunteers and donors as they transition from reunion campaigns.
Provide close-out cultivation strategies for top prospects and volunteers as part of campaign close resulting in the continued involvement of donors with the University.
Communication & Marketing

Co-lead on initiating first-ever social media communication plan for $5M+ department. Created account for
Instagram and responsible for all published media resulting in heightened awareness for Reunion Campaigns.

Served as event liaison. Developed event ideas and organized logistics for annual stewardship events.



Wrote annual reports and quarterly newsletters yielding the development and update of communications and public relations materials. Coordinated with printer and mail house to circulate to donor base.
