The approved vendor, Book Systems, Inc. (BSI) will provide a library automation program (BSI Atriuum) and a centralized textbook program (BSI Booktracks) for all schools. BSI – Booktracks: A textbook management program is needed in order to accurately track textbooks in all schools. The schedule for Phase 4 – beginning October 19, 2015 is attached. Textbook Preparation Needed from Schools: 1. Please collect and organize all textbooks in areas suitable for processing. a. Hardback textbooks only b. No classroom paperbacks at this time 2. Elementary books should be organized by grade level 3. Middle/High books should be organized by subject area or department 4. Textbooks should be stacked neatly face up with space between different titles. 5. Teacher Edition(s) should be on top of its appropriate textbook stack. 6. Please provide at least two (2) tables for the implementation team to use 7. Please provide one laptop per team for use during this process. The laptop will be returned to the office at the end of each day.
