Dear Madam,
23 Year Running South Wales Police Damages Claim
A London law firm has tried to establish, on my behalf, the status of the first of eight civil damages
claims against the South Wales Police on malicious prosecutions including Machine gun/brain damage
/MAPPA3/3 and continuing bullying .
Also it has tried to establish as to whether all the others, including the police psychiatrist, now sacked,
Professor Rodger Wood of Swansea University, NHS (Wales) and HM prisons etc. cases are allowed to
proceed?
This firm now needs 2000 pounds just to establish the above having achieved nothing, so far, it all this
can be believed.
Bristol County Court and Avon and Somerset police are now directly implicated following the 10th July
2015 judgment of His Honour Judge D Denyer QC concerning the theft of my money by Cardiff court's
appointed Mackenzie Friend, a Mr Jeffrey Matthews of Cardiff.
Clearly from the start when your manager, Luigi Strinati, 'lost' my court files, when helping with HM
Solicitor General and police to have me registered as a vexatious litigant, there was conspiracy in the
Cardiff courts. Luigi then returned to my Nov 11 'harassment of doctor' fiasco with a Mr Jeffrey
Matthews to tape record after the former had ordered the chairs out to prevent the risk spectators
entry.
Then, of course, there is the Matthews tape recording in the prison when he witnessed four prison
officers laughing with the officer who had just seriously assaulted me. Neither the copious CCTV nor
Matthews tape was allowed to be used in Cardiff’s criminal courts so seriously affecting my civil claims.
Now I wonder why?
