Dear Parents and Guardians,
Spring is my favorite time of the year. I hope you are enjoying the
beautiful weather and getting outside to do many activities.
In three weeks, April 13th – 15th we will be taking the AzMerit
Assessment. AzMERIT will be administered to students in Grades 3
through 6 in English Language Arts and Mathematics at their grade level.
This is a state mandated test and coming to school everyday on time is a
priority. The students have worked very hard this year to learn and master
the standards in all areas. This is their chance to show everything that they
have learned. The AzMerit is one measure of how much growth our
students are making. Please make sure your child is at school and on time
during these important testing days.
Estimados Padres y Tutores,
La primavera es mi estacion favorita del año. Espero que estén
disfrutando del hermoso clima y salgan hacer muchas actividades.
Dentro de tres semanas, Abril 13 al 15 vamos a tomar la
Evaluación AzMerit. AzMERIT se aplica a los alumnos que cursan los
grados 3 a 6 en las Artes del Lenguaje Inglés y las Matemáticas de
acuerdo a su grado y nivel educativo. Este es un examen obligatorio por el
estado y deben de asistir todos los dias a la escuela a tiempo, esta es
nuestra prioridad. Los estudiantes han trabajado muy duro todo el año para
aprender y dominar estas áreas. Esta es su oportunidad de demostrar todo
lo que han aprendido. El AzMerit es una medida en la cual nos da una idea
del crecimiento academico de nuestros estudiantes. Por favor, asegúrese
de que su hijo(a) asistan a la escuela durante estos días de pruebas ya que
son muy importantes.
