All seniors will be on the Reagan campus the entire day. Morning Career Center students are
to report to Reagan. The Career Center has been notified that Reagan seniors will not be in class
that day.
Even though the original instruction sheet stated to report at 8:45, we are heavily encouraging
students to arrive between 8:30 and 8:45 for breakfast. Parents have been working to prepare
for your Senior to have breakfast that day. In order for us to start promptly at 9:10, seniors
need to be at school on time. This includes checking in for attendance, getting your schedule for
the day, and having breakfast.
Students will pick up their schedule and having breakfast in the Auxiliary Gym. Breakfast again
starts at 8:30 and will end at 9:05. BE ON TIME.
Please refrain from checking your senior out during the day.
Senior apparel orders will be given out during the day, but prior to the class photo. Seniors will
have a chance to put on their Reagan specific senior apparel prior to the class photo.
There is a pizza lunch from 2:10-2:45. After 2:45, those students who turned in permission
forms to be allowed to leave at 2:45 may do so. All other seniors will have to return to 4th
period class.

All Seniors are to turn in their cap and gown order form for Jostens unless you have ordered
online. Be sure to have the payment for the cap and gown (19.50+1.32 tax = $20.82) if you have
not paid online already. You do not have to pay the $10 handling fee if you are only ordering
the cap and gown. A graduation tassel is included with the cap and gown pack. All of these
checks should be made out to Jostens. Any other Jostens orders are up to you and are not
required.
$40 for your Senior fees unless you have already paid online. Please make checks and money
orders out to Reagan High School with the Seniors name on the memo line.
If you are ordering a cap and gown photos, please bring the order form with the check made
out to Lifetouch. If you are planning on ordering cap and gown photos, you will need:
 Ladies will need to have a “scoop-neck” top to wear under the gown. Ladies may
choose to wear a very simple necklace.
 Gentlemen will need to bring a white or off white dress shirt, with a dark neck tie
(bow ties are ok).
If you are ordering a class photo, please bring the order form with a separate check made out
to Lifetouch. Again, please have your Seniors name in the Memo line.
The school dress code is in effect for the day. You only need special clothing for the cap and
gown order as listed above. We encourage the seniors to wear their senior apparel that they
ordered for the group photo. As stated earlier, this will be handed out in advance of the class
photo. If you did not order senior apparel, we still highly encourage you to wear something
Reagan affiliated.
Your senior will be bringing home a sheet of paper with upcoming senior event dates and other
information. Please be sure to ask your Senior for this sheet Friday afternoon.
Attendance will be taken at each station through the day. Those who are absent will have to attend a
make-up session with Mr. McAbee to get the information sheet. These will be announced next week.
