issue a 100% refund if you already paid in full.
If you add a course . . .
you will owe 100% of the tuition and any extra fees.
If you drop a course or withdraw on or before first official day of term…
we will remove 100% of the tuition and any extra fees for the course(s) dropped from your bill or issue
a 100% refund if you already paid in full.
If you drop or withdraw during the first 14 days of the fall or spring term…
we will remove 75% of the tuition and any extra fees for the course(s) dropped from your bill or issue
a 75% refund if you already paid in full.
If you drop or withdraw during the period the 15 to the 28th day of the fall or spring term…

If you drop or withdraw during after the 28th day for the fall or spring terms through the end of the

you will owe 100% of the tuition and any additional course fees (no refund).
If you add and drop the same number of credit hours on the same day, no refund or assessment of
additional tuition is required. Adjustment of additional course fees may be necessary. NOTE: This rule
does not apply to RODP courses and Developmental Studies courses, which are charged at different
rates than other ETSU courses.
