North Thurston Public Schools PBIS Annual Program Assessment Schedule Individual Schools Assessment Tool/ Tier Level Benchmarks of Quality (BoQ) T1 Self Assessment Survey (SAS) T1 T3 Monitoring Advanced Tiers Tool (MATT) T2 T3 Description Assesses and identifies areas of strength and weakness in Tier One features following first year of Tier One Implementation. Survey completed on hard copy & results summarized online PBIS Assessment. Measures staff perception of the extent to which PBIS features are in place (school-wide, classroom and individual support) and staff perception of priority to improve implementation of each feature. Assists with annual action planning, internal decision making, assessment of change over time, awareness of building staff and team validation. Completed online at PBIS Assessment. Assesses both organizational and critical elements of Tiers Two and Three. This tool monitors implementation progress across time and identifies specific areas for action planning to improve implementation. It may be used as an annual assessment tool and as a progress monitoring tool. Survey and results are summarized on hard copy. (MATT will be available online PBIS Assessment Winter 2012.)
