have any problems or questions while on the grounds,
or need to report damaged equipment...
Please try to give a minimum of twenty- four hours’
notice as this makes it easier for our booking officer
and we want to keep her happy! However, any notice
is better than no notice at all if something comes up
suddenly. Also remember that failure to give
notification can result in loss of key privileges!
Please contact her every time you are using the
grounds. This ensures that you are not disappointed
the grounds are closed or already in use for an event,
and helps us manage our grounds effectively.
