The “Nomination and election of Officers” portion of the AGM was re-done.
Nomination and election of Officers
Nomination of Officers – Current Board:
President – Richard Monette
Secretary- Kathy Dales
Treasurer- Linda Schultz
Director- Samantha Karlos
Director- Richard Church
Gord Payson, Dominique Schmultz and Jen Crowe stepped down.
Katie Penner, Barbara King and Lawrence Davidson were nominated for Board
membership.
With 8 nominees, the 7 Board members were selected by secret ballot voting by the
regular members in attendance in accordance with the Co-op bylaws.
